impACT Sunday is Coming!  Sunday, November 22, 2009

 
Let’s make an impACT in our community!  Let’s be the church God has called us to be…OPEN Youth Ministry invites you to come join us for impACT Sunday – Sunday, Nov. 22^nd.  Come to the 8:30am service and Sunday School.  Then….immediately following Sunday School we will meet in the fellowship hall for homemade soup and sandwich lunch.

 After a quick lunch and time of worship & prayer , we will be released to impACT our community by visiting many of our church members and helping them get their homes ready for the upcoming winter, as well as serving those in our greater community….sharing the love of Christ.  We will be raking leaves, laying mulch, painting, power washing, emptying ponds, picking up trash….and visiting with members of our church family…..all in the name of Christ!

Everyone is invited!!! Everyone….any age….can make an impACT!! This is not just a youth ministry thing!  Families, what a way to spend a Sunday serving God and His people with your family.  Make some new friends.  Catch up with some old friends….serve God together!!

If you’re planning to participate, please bring any equipment that you might have to help with the projects:

-Rakes
-Leaf blowers
-Trailers
-Gloves
-Garbage bags
