DIRECTIONS TO SALEM BAPTIST CHURCH
From
Richmond & South: I95 North to Exit 98 (Kings Dominion) to Rte. 30.
Take a right on the off ramp and follow past Kings Dominion. Follow
Rte. 30 until you come to the stop light at Rte. 301. Take a left and
head north on Rte. 301. Follow for approx. 20 miles.
When
the road turns into four lanes, look for your next road. Take a right
on to Rte 721 (Sparta Road). Follow approx. 6 miles. You will see the
church on the right.
From
Fredericksburg & North: Take I95 South to Exit 110 (Ladysmith).
Take a left on Ladysmith Road, go approx. 8 miles to intersection of
Rte 207. Make a left on Rte 207 towards Bowling Green. Stay on Rte 207
past business exit, follow thru to bypass. Make a left off of Rte 207
to Rte 301 South. Stay on Rte 301 approx. 3 miles to left on Rte 721
(Sparta Road). Follow approx. 6 miles to church on right.
Alternate:
From Rte 17 from Fredericskburg, turn right onto Rte 2 at New Post
towards Bowling Green/A.P. Hill. Stay on Rte 2 approx 20 miles go thru
Main St. Bowling Green, turns into Rte 301 follow thru, turn left on
Rte 721 (Sparta Rd). Church is 6 miles on right.
From
the East (Northern Neck): From the intersection of Airport Rd and Rt 17
North (last stop light north of Tappahannock). Take Rt 17 north 9 miles
to Champlain. Go left onto Rt. 631, Lloyd's Rd. (Post Office on the
corner). Go 5 miles. Turn slight left at stop sign, follow Elevon Rd.
1.5 miles. Turn right and then left onto Sparta Rd. Go 9.4 miles. Salem is the white church on
the left at Sparta.
