Glocal Missions Team:  Coordinates local and global missions opportunities.

Knit Wits:  A group that meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 10:00am to fellowship as they knit and crochet prayer shawls to give to those needing to feel the love of Christ as they face illness or grief.

Medical Outreach:  Salem keeps a small inventory of medical equipment to loan out as needed.

M-Fuge:  Summer mission trip for youth that provides the opportunity to serve along with dynamic worship in a camp atmosphere.

Samaritan’s Purse:  Our church family participates annually in the Operation Christmas Child (shoebox) program, just before Christmas.

Women on Mission:  Women on Mission is a missions organization for women (ages 18 and up) through which women pray for and give to missions, do missions, learn about missions, grow spiritually toward a missions lifestyle,   and participate in the work of the church and the denomination.  At Salem there are two WOM Organizations.  The “Day Group” meets at 11:00am on the fourth Tuesday of each month; the “Night Group” at 7:00pm on the third Tuesday of each month.  For more information, contact Lois Taylor at (804) 633-6152.
